How to use

Spray 5 to 10 times onto clean skin, such as the legs, arms, shoulders or feet, and massage in. A tingling feeling is common at first; start with fewer sprays, avoid freshly shaved or broken skin, and rinse off after 20 to 30 minutes if you prefer. For external use only. Keep out of eyes.
