Shipping policy

Blush Pantry is a multi-brand store. Orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, the brands and distributors we work with.

Processing time. Most orders typically ship within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders containing products from different brands may ship separately and arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery time and cost. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and the delivery address. Available shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking. A shipping confirmation with tracking details is emailed when each parcel ships.

Where we ship. We ship to the countries and addresses available at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or a parcel hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the supplier and carrier.

Address errors. Please check your address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been sent to the supplier.
